Our office and customer service center will be officially closed for the Hong Kong Public Holidays (Easter Period) during the following dates:

- Order Processing: To avoid potential delays in production or dispatch, we recommend submitting your orders and confirming payments by April 1.
- Logistics & Shipping: Please coordinate with your designated account manager or our logistics team (Bella) regarding any urgent shipments or warehouse pickups before the break.
- Communication: While our physical office is closed, our team will monitor urgent inquiries intermittently. However, please expect a slight delay in response times. Normal operations and full support will resume promptly on April 7.
